Shipping Policy

TIME TO CHANGE ORDER INFORMATION!

Customers have 24 hours to give any new updates to the order from changing the size, quantity, color, shipping address, or request to cancel the order.
After 24 hours, we cannot accept the above requirements because the order has gone into production.
Hope customers can understand and make the best decision!

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We have received a lot of emails from customers about their order information

  • Is the order produced yet?

As you have also seen, our production process has clearly stated that after placing an order we will confirm and wait for 24 hours for the customer to change the order or change the shipping address. Therefore, after 24 hours, we will proceed to order production.

  • Has the order shipped yet?

After 5-7 days, the customer’s order will be shipped. Once your order starts shipping, the carrier will also provide you with an order tracking code for your chosen delivery unit. From here we will automatically update and email the customer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • Domestic Standard Shipping (12-15 Business Days) 6,95$: Shipping cost depends on the weight of each product
  • Domestic Fast Shipping (7-10 Business Days) 12,95$: Shipping cost depends on the weight of each product
  • Domestic FedEx/DHL Shipping (5-8 Business Days) 35,45$: Shipping cost depends on the weight of each product

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Production: Processing Time: 5-7 days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-15 days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
( It will be faster if you use FedEx)
Our shipping method is currently available is DHL Global Mail. Packages from our warehouse in the US will be shipped by USPS, or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

  • Canada, Europe: 7-12 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 7-15 Business days

You will be able to track your order at all times until it arrives at your doorstep. Please bear in mind that sometimes we will not provide you with a tracking number. However, you can track your order status through our website.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
