Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking information is available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the package is scanned, tracking details will appear.


Incorrect Address

It is crucial to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an incorrect address is provided, we may need to contact you to update the information, which could delay processing. Additionally, incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in the package being returned to us.

If the address is incorrect and the package is already in transit, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Any requests for forwarding or redirecting packages after they’ve left our warehouse must be handled directly with the carrier. However, we cannot be held liable for any issues that arise during transit due to incorrect address information provided by you.
