Return Timeframe

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
After 30 days, we’ll consider the order accepted, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund.


Eligible Reasons for Return and Refund

We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product arrived shattered or broken.

  • The design of the product doesn’t match what you ordered.

  • The size of the product is different from what you ordered.

  • The material of the product is not as described or differs from your order.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is not as described on our website.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and tags must be included.

  • Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, unless the issue was due to our mistake.

  • Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.


What You’ll Need to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please provide the following:

  • A copy of the shipping label or receipt.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.

  • Photos showing any defects or damage (if applicable).

  • Any email communication with our team about the return.


Steps to Request a Return and Refund

  1. Send a refund inquiry to [email protected], including all required documentation (proof of purchase, photos, etc.).

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Carefully pack your item(s) and include the original packaging (if possible).

  4. The shipping partner will handle the return shipping. You will not incur any shipping costs.

  5. The return package must be sent to the following address:

    139 Nguyen Khoa Chiem, Hoa Phat, Cam Le, Da Nang 550000, Viet Nam.

    Please make sure the return order number and label match this address to prevent any errors or fraudulent returns.

  6. Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund. If additional instructions are needed, we will inform you.

⚠️ Do NOT return the item without receiving prior confirmation from us via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns. Refunds will only be processed if the return package is received, so please ensure you send the return tracking number to us in a separate email.


Return Shipping Cost

Customers will not be responsible for any return shipping fees.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from when we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed the refund.

The refund will include the full cost of the item(s) and the original shipping fee.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account. Refunds may take a few days to reflect, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You should expect to see your refund within 10–15 days from the date it was issued.

Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges.

When customers place an order, they are required to confirm all details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of items, sizes, designs, addresses, or other details.


Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Timeframe

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
If you contact us after this time, your order may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value.
