Return And Refund Policy

RETURNS

At Dallascowboyshome, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 33 Ton That Tung, Thac Gian, Thanh Khe, Da Nang 550000, Viet Nam.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Additionally, if you reside outside of Vietnam, please be aware that the return shipping process may take longer than expected.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returns.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will evaluate the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items, such as personalized products (including custom phone cases or custom accessories), opened or used items, and items that have been altered or worn, cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, please feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, with no justification needed. As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
