1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

  • Shipping by FedEx

Shipping time: 7-10 days from the date of shipment.

Surely you are no stranger to FedEx shipping. But we do not recommend customers to use this train because the price is quite high. If a customer wants to receive their order immediately, they can use a FedEx unit and contact us because the shipping unit’s shipping fee is not $4.95.
FexEx shipping costs $15.45 for an order, if you want fast delivery within 7 days use this service.

2. How do I change my shipping address?

8. Why our price is much cheaper than the market?

9. Why isn’t my tracking code up to date?

10. Is there any way we can get it fast?

We currently have two delivery units, USPS and FedEx.

11. Why am I not receiving my order tracking information?

For customers who buy in bulk, we will have attractive incentives for our customers. But for large quantity of products we need you to deposit 50% of production cost!

13. Can I change when I receive the wrong size?

15. The product is quite bad in terms of materials and stitches?

We’ve been getting a lot of reviews about Hawaiian shirts lately. Most of the customers are not happy to receive such an item. We have given them a refund and we have also fixed the problem and are not currently working with the current factory. We have changed the factory to achieve the best quality for our customers.

16. Orders seem to be shipping slower than previous times

  • That’s right! Recently, we received a lot of feedback from fans about the quality of the product. We worked with the factory to resolve product quality issues for Cowboys fans. That is the reason why orders from the beginning of December until now, production is quite slow.
